WHAT DOES A SPEECH PATHOLOGIST DO?
A lot of people think that speech pathologists only work on speech sounds, for example, lisps, or with people who stutter. Whilst we certainly do help with these areas of difficulty, we do so much more.
At Play and Say we help children who experience communication difficulties such as challenges with speaking, understanding and/or using language, listening skills, difficulties saying speech sounds, stuttering, reading, writing and spelling.
We provide assessment and therapy services to help identify and treat the challenges faced by your child. With over 15 years of experience working across a variety of settings, we have the experience and knowledge to help your child reach their potential.
